چکیده
1 The term stakeholders refers to all of the different groups who are affected by an accident in that domain and by changes to operations, regulations, equipment, policies, etc. as a result of reactions to that accident. For example, an accident in aviation affects the public as consumers of the service, the FAA as regulators of the industry, pilots as practitioners, air traffic controllers as practitioners, air carrier organizations as providers of the service, manufacturers of the aircraft type as equipment designers, other development organizations that develop other equipment such as avionics, navigation aids, and software, and other groups as well.

Effect of Cognitive Biases on Rationality of Economic Decision Making under Risk among Students of Shahid Beheshti University
The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of individual economic decision making under risk and uncertainty. The research method is a quasi-experiment with single group and a post-test. The total population of the students of Shahid Beheshti University in 97 was 8.700 and due to non-normal distribution, we should use non-parametric Wilcoxon test, with sample of 180. The tool used to...

A casual look at the literature in social cognition reveals a vast collection of biases, errors, violations of rational choice, and failures to maximize utility. One is tempted to draw the conclusion that the human mind is woefully muddled. We present a three-category evolutionary taxonomy of evidence of biases: biases are (a) heuristics, (b) error management effects, or (c) experimental artifa...
متن کاملIs bias in the eye of the beholder? A vignette study to assess recognition of cognitive biases in clinical case workups.
BACKGROUND Many authors have implicated cognitive biases as a primary cause of diagnostic error. If this is so, then physicians already familiar with common cognitive biases should consistently identify biases present in a clinical workup. The aim of this paper is to determine whether physicians agree on the presence or absence of particular biases in a clinical case workup and how case outcome...

We believe the following key principles should be understood by all healthcare staff, especially those with a role in developing and deliv...
